ABOUT CHEF JERAD:
You may recognize Chef Jerad from Amadeo's where he served as the Executive Chef for 5 years, or Raffa's where he worked prior to Amadeo's.  Chef Jerad also taught for several years at Sur la Table and currently leads the Culinary Arts Program for Huffman I.S.D.   He is the son of HHS '76 grad, Toby May.
